Cliftonville awarded near perfect score in CCG Assessment

The staff at Cliftonville Care Home in Northampton are overjoyed to report that we were awarded a very near perfect 96% in our recent assessment from the local Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG)!

CCGs are clinically-led organisations at the heart of the NHS system and NHS England has a statutory duty to conduct an annual assessment of every CCG. Our recent inspection result underlines that not only do we deliver first class care but that we have robust policies and procedures throughout.

Our Manager Alison commented, “We really have a special team here at Cliftonville; our experienced staff, in all areas of the home, work diligently 24/7 to take good care of our residents and there truly is a family feel within the home. The whole team are all very proud of this recognition and success and to be a part of this lovely home.”

To add to our celebrations, we came second out of Avery’s fifty homes nationwide in their Avery in Bloom Competition, with fabulous floral creations based around a theme of the boot and shoe heritage of Northampton.
