Avery Healthcare continues to grow based on its success as a leading provider in the adult care sector and is delivering on an ambitious new build programme of its award-winning residential and dementia care homes. Here are the current sites in plan, with estimated completion dates. Other sites are currently subject to final planning approvals.

• Waterhouse Manor Care Home, Peterborough – 80 beds. Completion Summer 2024.
• West Wood Care Home, Sheringham – 70 beds. Completion Summer 2024.
• Greenholme Manor Care Home, Burley in Wharfedale – 70 beds. Completion Autumn 2024.
• Carrstone House Care Home, Downham Market – 72 beds. Completion Winter 2024
• Alice Court Care Home, Eastbourne – 70 beds. Completion Spring 2025
• Springwood Corner Care Home, Gravesend – 62 beds. Completion Spring 2025.
