Avery Healthcare continues to grow based on its success as a leading provider in the adult care sector and is delivering on an ambitious new build programme of its award-winning residential and dementia care homes. Here are the current sites in plan, with estimated completion dates. Other sites are currently subject to final planning approvals.

  • Alice Court Care Home, Eastbourne – 70 beds. Opened November 2025
  • Rowley Bank Care Home, Stafford – 66 beds. Opening March 2027
  • Wensum Gardens Care Home, Taverham – 70 beds. Opening March 2027
