Terms and Conditions

The offer is applicable for new bookings made after 17th June 2024 and expires on 30th September 2024, subject to availability and can be withdrawn at any time. To redeem the offer, the resident must be on a permanent contract at the start of their 12th week and must remain in the home for 12 weeks or longer. If notice is served prior to the resident completing a full 12 weeks at the home, the offer will not apply. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and is available to private residents only. It includes single occupancy, couples, all rooms, and care types. All other terms and conditions of residency shall be in line with Avery Healthcare’s residency agreement. This offer can only be redeemed once per resident.
