The Hawthorns Aldridge retirement home offers the best in elderly care in a high quality environment and some stunning features such as our rooftop garden. A sector-leading Well-being Programme underpins the first-class care provision, from professional care staff that receive on-going training support. The care is proactive and ensures that independence and mobility are supported in an active and enjoyable lifestyle. Adjacent to The Croft park in Aldridge, The Hawthorns is within easy access to local amenities.
Dining is of a very high standard with a dedicated and experienced culinary team, the Head Chef serves freshly prepared meals daily, focusing on a nutritional and varied menu that suits all tastes. All of the studio and one-bedroom apartments are spacious, light and airy and all have a kitchenette with fridge, flat screen TVs and en-suite shower rooms. All rooms on the ground floor have patio doors, offering direct access to the landscaped gardens.
In addition, the fabulous features at this care home include a cinema room, therapy room, hair salon, physiotherapist beautifully maintained gardens and a stunning rooftop garden which provides a charming space to enjoy a game of bowls or just sit and admire the flowers and herb planters with friends and family. The residents’ shop is a convenient way to ensure you never run out of those essentials.
We also provide first-class convalescence and respite care for those who are recovering from illness or operations and need that extra bit of support whilst regaining their full health and independence, and for those who are seeking to give their main carers or family a break or holiday.

Our head chef and his team use only the freshest of locally sourced and seasonal ingredients to present an attractive, well thought out, balanced and nutritious choice of dishes.
Lunch is a delicious three course meal served with wine or beer if you wish. There is no danger of you or your guests getting peckish between meals, tasty home-baked cakes and biscuits are available throughout the day in the coffee lounges for you to help yourself.
