April’s staff well-being theme formed part of our Easter Celebrations, with staff at Acacia Mews Care Home in Hatfield kindly gifting each other Easter eggs as a little treat. Staff and residents at Astbury Manor Care Home in Bracknell came together for a fun-packed egg and spoon race, followed by an Easter egg hunt. In addition, following our values of being Proud, Supportive and Caring, Laundry Assistant Sara and Care Assistant Michelle were delighted to be recognised as Employees of the Month at Darwin Court Care Home in Lichfield. Over at Mousehold View Care Home in Norwich, Home Manager Nigel and Customer Service Manager Dan recently attended the Seetec Careers Fair in Norwich, in preparation for the opening of the home later this year. Needless to say, there was lots of interest in becoming part of the #OneFamily, and the team are excited to continue with their networking events in their local community.
