Sip Back and Relax

With the sole purpose of bringing residents, their loved ones and friends together, Birchmere House Care Home in Knowle, Solihull, decided to hold a cheese and wine evening. The evening was well attended and not only did the lucky guests have a selection of 14 different cheeses to tickle their taste buds, along with various wines to compliment them, they also held a cheese and wine-themed quiz which everyone took part in. “It was my most favourite cheese and wine evening I have been to,” stated resident, Geoff Wilson, “ I am so glad my daughter got to experience it with me.” Kerry, Wellbeing Co-ordinator said, “Everyone thanked me at the end of the night and agreed the evening had been superb.”
