Perfect 10 for Newcross Care Home

We are proud to announce that Newcross Care Home in Wolverhampton has achieved a perfect 10 review score on for April 2021, an incredible achievement. The reviews showcase the support, care and dedication that our staff deliver to our residents every day.

Newcross Home Manager, Jenna Hughes, who was extremely delighted with the review score, mentioned, “I would like to express our gratitude to all of our loving and caring relatives for taking the time to add their comments to our profile. This has enabled us to achieve a well-earned score of 10/10. It has been a challenging time for us all, but our staff have worked tirelessly to continue to provide the best quality of care to our lovely residents.”

A recent example of one of the glowing reviews left by a son of resident, Martin H states-

“My mother’s health improved rapidly upon moving to Newcross Care Home, benefitting from care and sustenance. I find management and staff to be helpful, professional and caring. Activities have understandably been impacted by Covid but are increasing again, with the appointment of new, enthusiastic, dedicated staff. Resident’s visits are being facilitated well, on a controlled basis. Resident’s meetings and management’s Zoom update calls with relatives are helpful. Food menus are good, and cakes are provided in the afternoon. The building is good, modern, purpose-built, with good-sized, comfortable bedrooms.”
