NACC Care Chef of the Year Competition 2021 Launches
The NACC Care Chef of the Year 2021 competition has now officially launched. Open to all chefs and cooks in the healthcare sector, the competition “continually challenges chefs to devise innovative and exciting recipes whilst adhering to a strict budget and meeting the nutritional needs of their clientele.”
Simon Lawrence, Avery’s Head of Culinary and Hospitality, is encouraging chefs to take part and present their enthusiasm for providing inventive and delicious meals whilst meeting their residents’ nutritional needs.
Entries for the competition close on 30th April 2021. Two finalists from each region will be invited to attend the final meeting in Stratford-Upon-Avon College on 6th October 2021.
