Avery Healthcare is proud to announce that it has committed to working with award winning training provider Virtual College on a project that will deliver the e-learning component of its Aspire training programme. Aspire is delivered to over 3,000 members of staff across 44 sites and recognises the importance of a blended learning approach that includes both virtual and face to face learning scenarios.
The utilisation of Virtual College’s e-learning platform will ensure that the broad training requirements of Avery care staff are addressed in a wide ranging delivery that will cover staff induction, evolving training needs, personal career development, specialised skills enhancement as well as staff retention.
