Local Authority Award Acer Court Five-Star Quality Banding

After a recent inspection by our Local Authority, Acer Court Care Home in Nuthall, Nottingham, are happy to announce we have been awarded a five-star Quality Banding from the Nottinghamshire County Council (NCC) for the second consecutive year.

The report summarised that Acer Court staff are respectful and sensitive when supporting residents, whilst also being calm, friendly and kind. Residents were always made to feel welcome at the home, as staff and resident engagement was relaxed and natural. The home is also clean and hygienic, with the report stating “The care setting is suitable, safe and homely.”

Home Manager Linda Simpson was thrilled with the result, saying: “My team here at Acer Court have worked incredibly hard to maintain the five-star rating from Nottinghamshire County Council, and I am incredibly proud of all of their hard work.”
