Nestled in the vibrant seaside town of Clevedon are Poets Mews Care Home and the Hawthorns Clevedon, both part of the Avery Healthcare Group. Together, they place a strong emphasis on maintaining resident well-being, along with a commitment to actively engage with their local communities.
They recently established a link with a local charity, Clevedon Care, and are delighted to share that they are now proud sponsors. Clevedon Care supports people getting to and from medical appointments by car, with a team of volunteers available to transport them to local surgeries, clinics, opticians, or dentists, and hospitals further afield in Bristol, Bath, and Weston-Super-Mare.
Aggie Jasinski, Customer Services Manager at the Hawthorns Clevedon, unveiled a selection of brand-new Clevedon Care leaflets and business cards as part of the sponsorship project. Ian Turner, a member of the charity, expressed his gratitude for the support, “The new leaflets and business cards hold the potential to make a more meaningful impact and will help us recruit more volunteers to our cause. We look forward to continuing to work closely alongside Poets Mews and the Hawthorns Clevedon to make a positive difference in our communities.”
