Avalon Court Care Home in Coventry has been awarded a ‘Say No to Infection’ accreditation by the Coventry and Warwickshire ICB Infection Prevention and Control team.
This accreditation has been designed specifically for nursing and residential care homes with the aim of preventing and controlling infection. As part of this, training programmes and resources help improve staff awareness, empowering ‘Infection Control Champions’ to maintain resident well-being and safety.
