I have been working in the care sector for 31 years and joined Avalon Court Care Home in 2015. Originally from Lincoln, my career began as a Support Worker, and I soon focused on elderly care, which led to my progression into management. Along the way, I completed numerous qualifications that helped me advance into senior roles. At Avalon Court Care Home, we have an incredible team of professionals who go the extra mile to support our residents. By leading from the front, I ensure our residents feel valued and receive the outstanding care they deserve. Outside of work, I enjoy walking my dog, baking, cooking, and spending quality time with my family.
