10 out of 10 for Bourn View

We are delighted to announce that Bourn View Care Home in Birmingham becomes our second home this month to reach a 10 review score on, an incredible achievement, joining both Crispin Court and Hempstalls Hall. The reviews showcase the support, care and dedication that our staff deliver to our residents every day.

Speaking of this fantastic achievement Home Manager, Lianne Sturmey said, “We are extremely proud of achieving a perfect 10, this is a testament to the wonderful care and dedication offered by our staff team. A huge thank you to our wonderful residents and relatives for helping us to achieve a perfect score.”

Both parents have flourished since being at Bourn View. The standard of care and quality of life is second to none. This is not a care home, this is a home that cares! All the staff are kind, caring and compassionate and nothing is too much trouble. Bourn View is immaculately clean, inside and out.
Our family now have the reassurance that our parents are safe and well cared for, which gives us peace of mind.
