Festive Open Evening at Lady Jane Court
Residents and staff members at Lady Jane Court Care Home in Leicester welcomed members of their local community for a festive open evening, with Christmas carols sung by the Leicester Ladies’ Gospel Choir. Local businesses donated prizes for a raffle, with an impressive £292.50 raised for the nearby Intensive Care Unit at Glenfield Hospital.
Everyone enjoyed complimentary refreshments, and younger visitors had the opportunity to post their letters to Santa. Speaking of the evening, Home Manager, Paul Bundyford, said: “We were delighted to be joined by families and friends for a special evening of festive fun. Thank you to Kerry and the team for organising the Christmas raffle, which raised a marvellous amount. We are looking forward to continuing to connect with members of our local community in the new year.”
