At Avery, recognising and celebrating our colleague’s excellence is an integral element of our #OneFamily values of being proud, supportive and caring. This month was a particularly proud one for Tracy Moody, Well-being and Activities Co-ordinator at Rowan Court Care Home in Newcastle-under-Lyme, who has achieved her Level 3 Lead Adult Care Worker apprenticeship with Distinction.
Speaking of Tracy’s success, Group Well-being and Activity Manager Keir Pedley said, “This is an outstanding achievement. To gain an overall distinction is testimony to the passion, hard work and dedication you show within your role. I continue to be impressed by your provision of activities and opportunities for residents at Rowan Court, and you are a shining example of our Avery values in everything you do.”
