As this year’s Avery in Bloom competition concludes, residents at Amarna House in York were delighted to achieve 2nd Place in the Fancy Flower Pot category. Pleased with the entries this year, Head of Well-being and Activities, Zahid Khan, commented, ”I know these have been difficult times for everyone, but it’s nice to see that Avery in Bloom has brought people together to share ideas, build relationships, smile and have some much-needed fun!”. Staff and residents at Amarna House enjoyed coming together to create their Fancy Flower Pot, and are so proud of their design.
