Bright Ideas Awards

We’d also like to congratulate Anoosha Souru and Jenny Bloomberg for their amazing contributions to the Bright Ideas Awards!

  • Anoosha’s Point-Based Employee Recognition System is a fantastic way to motivate staff and improve care. By gathering feedback from residents, management, and colleagues, this system encourages continuous innovation and improvement while encouraging a positive workplace culture.

  • Jenny’s ‘Giving Back to Our Local Communities’ Project combines team building with community service, offering staff a chance to make a real difference while boosting morale. We’re excited to explore how we can implement these ideas across our homes.

Great job, Anoosha and Jenny, and thank you both for sharing your brilliant ideas!
