- Anoosha’s Point-Based Employee Recognition System is a fantastic way to motivate staff and improve care. By gathering feedback from residents, management, and colleagues, this system encourages continuous innovation and improvement while encouraging a positive workplace culture.
- Jenny’s ‘Giving Back to Our Local Communities’ Project combines team building with community service, offering staff a chance to make a real difference while boosting morale. We’re excited to explore how we can implement these ideas across our homes.
