Twice As Outstanding!
Avery Healthcare Group is truly delighted to announce their first two ‘Outstanding’ assessments from the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for its Acacia Lodge Care Home in Manchester and its Ashurst Mews Care Home in Northampton.
Acacia Lodge was the first home in the Avery portfolio to achieve the Outstanding Overall rating from the CQC; their report featured resident and relatives’ comments who spoke highly of Home Manager, Joanna Roberts and her care team. Avery’s Ashurst Mews also received an Outstanding rating, again with fabulous feedback from residents, relatives and staff. Home Manager Rex Pudol was high in his praise for the dedication and hard work of his whole staff.
Three other Avery homes have also received Outstanding ratings in one of the Regulator’s inspection categories; Loxley Park Assisted Living in Sheffield achieved Outstanding in the Caring category, Silvermere Care Home in Cobham attained their Outstanding for Responsive, whilst Birchwood Grange Care Home in Harrow was rated as Outstanding in Caring by the CQC.
These results from recent CQC inspections clearly evidence that Avery is meeting the highest standards set by the Regulator and is testament to the first-class care, lifestyle and services provided for the residents.
