Marius Feeney, Manager of two of Avery’s Northampton homes explained, “Our Well-being Programme is designed to maintain interests and hobbies and contact with the wider community for our residents, and bowls is a sport and pastime that interest many. We look forward to bringing our residents to Abington Bowling Club to watch the bowls in this lovely club”.

Chris Beck, President of the club said, “We are grateful for this sponsorship from Avery Healthcare, and look forward to welcoming their residents to come and watch some of our matches. A number of former players both now and in the past have been cared for within Avery homes in the town, and we are pleased that this continued connection has been recognised in this way”.
