Meet the Mousehold View Team
Opening in Summer 2023, Mousehold View Care Home in Norwich will offer a home-from-home, giving family and friends peace of mind that support and care are available 24/7. With a range of amenities including a salon, cinema room, elegant lounges and a private dining room, the team at Mousehold View will nurture a safe, supportive lifestyle that helps residents enjoy life to the full.
Working together in partnership to prepare for the opening of the home is Home Manager Nigel and Customer Service Manager Dan. Find out more about our friendly team below:
Home Manager: Nigel
Growing up in Norwich, Nigel began his career in Nursing at the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience gained from various roles in the Health and Social Care sector during the past 30 years.
Throughout this time, Nigel has been responsible for managing Assisted Living facilities, Residential and Dementia Care Homes and Nursing Homes throughout East Anglia, all of which have been rated as ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
Nigel stated, “I know instantaneously what good care provision looks like and fully appreciate how much trust an individual bestows in us when they or their family member chooses to make Mousehold View their home. Our team are dedicated to providing the highest standards of care, encouraging residents to create new memories with their companions and loved ones.”
Customer Service Manager: Dan
Having also grown up in Norfolk, near Norwich, Dan is familiar with the area local to Mousehold View. As part of his role as Customer Service Manager, Dan is ready to assist with any care enquiries and support residents and their loved ones through each step of their care journey.
Dan explains, “I have experienced first-hand with my own elderly relatives and through caring for residents in several care homes the difficult decisions we face as our loved ones grow older. I am here to assist with care enquiries, answer any questions you may have and support residents as they move into their new home. We are also committed to building strong links with local community members around Sprowston.”
