To celebrate the festive season, several of our care homes hosted their own Nativity Plays, bringing to life the story of Jesus’ birth in their own memorable ways.
At Chertsey Parklands Manor Care Home in Chertsey, staff took on the roles of writers, actors, and, in a very loose sense, directors for their delightful Nativity Play. While extensive rehearsals weren’t part of the plan, the result was undoubtedly entertaining and well-received. Most importantly, the residents had a wonderful time, which is what truly matters.
Meanwhile, the team at Sonning Gardens Care Home in Sonning put on a captivating performance of the Nativity Story that charmed both residents and their families. With an enchanting stage setting and flawless acting, the production brought the festive spirit to life and left everyone very happy.
Residents are already looking forward to more theatrical endeavours in the future.
