Chertsey Parklands Manor Care Home has achieved a remarkable milestone by receiving a 10 out of 10 rating on Carehome.co.uk, the UK’s leading care home review platform.
The platform allows residents, families, and visitors to share their experiences, rating their overall satisfaction as well as up to 11 specific categories, including facilities, activities, care and support, and staff. Achieving a perfect score reflects the consistently high standards of care and the welcoming environment that Chertsey Parklands Manor has created.
The daughter of a resident left their thoughts on the site, stating, “The care home is not only beautiful, it’s clean and neat with homely touches and stylish decor everywhere you look. The staff are incredible. Very caring, professional and friendly and always attentive to the residents’ needs. The food is great, in particular the chef, Ash, did everything he could to make sure my Mum had a great birthday party with a lovely buffet and delicious cake. From the Manager, Gabriela, and all of her team, there is a real sense of commitment and respect for the residents, and I’m grateful to each and every one of them. Thank you.”

Reaching a perfect score of 10 on carehome.co.uk is an amazing feeling. Since joining Avery in September 2018 and transferring to Chertsey Parklands in 2024, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with such a dedicated team to help make an already fantastic home even better for our residents.
