We are delighted to announce that two members of Avery staff have been selected as finalists in this year’s National Care Awards, presented by Caring Times.
Wendy Harris, Administrator at Newcross Care Home in Wolverhampton, and Juan Lopez, Chef at Birchwood Grange Care Home in Harrow, have been nominated in the categories Care Champion and Care Chef, respectively.
The National Care Awards seeks to recognise care staff and celebrate their contributions to the sector over the past 12 months. The finals are set to take place in London on 19th November. Avery’s Registration and Administration Manager, Isabel Crawford, commented, “The competition to make it to the finals is immense, so a great achievement for both Wendy and Juan.”
