Avery Healthcare Group Announcement

I am delighted to inform you that Avery Healthcare has formed a new strategic partnership with investors, Reuben Brothers, whilst continuing our ongoing relationship with Welltower.

We started our partnership with Welltower with a handful of properties in 2013 and we are so proud of our growth to 65 homes today and the platform we have built. Through our continued partnership with Welltower, and now joined by Reuben Brothers, the best days of our company lie ahead with excellent growth prospects that will enhance resident and employee experience.

I would like to reassure you that we are operating business as usual, with the same teams, the same Board of Directors, and the same values.  After what has been a difficult couple of years for the whole sector, we are very much looking forward to looking to the future.
