Avery Directors Thank Our Wonderful Staff

Avery Managing Director, John Strowbridge, and Chief Operating Officer, Sharon Winfield, have both written to and recorded a personal video message for all the Avery staff, recognising their amazing efforts and contribution during the challenge of the pandemic in 2020.

Acknowledging that this has been an extremely challenging time for everyone on the care ‘front line’, they have been overwhelmed by the loyalty and commitment shown by the staff to the residents and colleagues, putting others first even when worrying about their own safety and that of their own families.

By following the ever-changing protocols correctly, the staff have ensured that positive test results have reduced dramatically, making the Avery homes some of the safest places to live.
