Avery Sports Day was a fun-filled team-building event for the Group Support Centre staff members. The event took place at Bugbrooke Football Club. Random teams were formed, allowing colleagues to meet and engage with those they don’t often work with. Activities included a football relay, javelin throw, ball toss, blindfolded egg and spoon race, a quiz, and a tug-of-war.
Head Referee, Erran Soomal, noted, “Despite the rope burn and the siren, everyone enjoyed themselves and connected with new people. The weather was perfect, and the event gave us
great ideas for future planning.” The day ended with an award ceremony celebrating the top performers:
