Suites named by local schoolchildren in riverside Gravesend

Springwood Corner opened in June 2025 in the historic riverside town of Gravesend, purpose-built for luxury residential and dementia care across 62 en-suite bedrooms, each with its own call and information system. Pupils from a local school chose the names for the suites before the first residents arrived, which set the tone for how the home works with its community. Volunteer programmes and visits from local groups run throughout the year, and the minibus gets residents out into Gravesend regularly. There are outdoor terraces, an entertainment suite and a hair salon inside. Register your interest and we will book you in.

Dan is dedicated to ensuring that the home remains at the heart of the local community.

    Dan understands how important moving from independent living to living in a care home is. He is kind, experienced, and compassionate in supporting new residents, their relatives, and loved ones through this emotive time.
