    Monika Siewierska

    General Manager

    I joined Esher Manor Care Home as a Senior Care Assistant in 2013 and have since progressed to several roles, including Reminiscence Co-ordinator and Deputy Manager, overseeing both the assisted living and reminiscence departments since September 2019. In August 2023, I was promoted to General Manager of Esher Manor Care Home.

    Throughout my journey, I have had the opportunity to develop my skills and grow in my career. As a qualified physiotherapist with experience in both hospital and private sectors, I hold a Diploma Level 5 in Health and Social Care. I am passionate about care and dedicated to providing high-quality, personalised services that meet each resident’s individual needs. I take great pride in being part of the Esher Manor Care Home team.
