General ManagerI am Costel Bonghene, the General Manager at Elvy Court Care Home. With over 14 years of experience in the healthcare sector, I bring a strong clinical foundation and a proven leadership track record across a range of care settings, including acute medical units, specialist care services, and elderly residential and nursing care.
Having joined Elvy Court in 2021, I’ve worked closely with our residents, families, and staff to ensure the highest standards of care and compliance are consistently met. I was proud to step into the role of General Manager in 2025, where I now lead a passionate team of over 70 dedicated professionals. Together, we are committed to delivering safe, personalised, and compassionate care that enhances quality of life and promotes dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
I am committed to driving continuous improvement, empowering our staff, and fostering a supportive environment where everyone feels valued. Elvy Court is a warm and welcoming home, and I look forward to meeting you and sharing what makes our community so special.
