I began my care career in Birmingham in 2010 as a care assistant. Before this, I earned a BSc in Human Biology from Birmingham University and completed my MSc in Dementia Studies in 2019. After training and development, I became Dementia Care Manager and, in January 2019, returned to my home county of Hertfordshire to join Elstree View Care Home.
I was promoted to Deputy Manager in 2022 and became General Manager in July 2023. Supporting residents, their families, and friends in their care journey is incredibly rewarding, and I’m proud to work with such a dedicated team at Elstree View Care Home.
I joined Elstree View Care Home in January 2021 as a Residential Care Manager, and I’m proud to call this place home. I began my career in the care industry in 2010 as a Registered General Nurse and have since developed my management skills, completing my QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care and Leadership.
I thrive on challenges and focus on providing high-quality, resident-centered care. I’m excited to use my management expertise and nursing skills to help our residents enjoy the best possible lifestyle.
