Our vision is to provide outstanding care to the residents living in our homes, and our values set out how we do this.
At Avery we firmly believe our Architectural Culture defines us as a company, this culture is influenced by the ideas, values, beliefs, activities, relationships we form as a team and enables us together to fulfil our vision.
Our values framework has been created to enable us to effectively recruit and retain staff whose own values and behaviours will align to that of our organisational culture. It describes our values, and associated behaviours that we firmly believe are integral to us in providing a high standard of quality, personalised and effective care to our residents.
Our values underpin everything we do at Avery. For us, it all starts with recruitment and then continues through with your continuous personal development with regular meetings and supervision, and ongoing learning and development.
