  • All offers, discounted rates, or packages are available only to new residents of Avery Healthcare and do not apply to transfers between existing homes within Avery Healthcare.
  • Includes single occupancy, couples, all rooms, and care types
  • Offer can be withdrawn at any time
  • Pre-Assessment to be completed to ensure care needs can be met
  • The resident must be on a permanent contract at the start of their 12th week, and must remain in the home for 12 weeks or longer
  • If notice is served prior to the resident completing a full 12 weeks at the home, the offer will not apply
  • Not available in conjunction with other offers (unless stipulated)
  • Available to private residents only
  • All other terms and conditions of residency shall be in line with Avery Healthcare’s residency agreement
  • This offer can only be redeemed once per resident
