Terms & Conditions

  • The offer is available for new bookings made after 19th December 2024
  • Includes single occupancy, couples, all rooms, and care types
  • Offer can be withdrawn at any time
  • Pre-Assessment to be completed to ensure care needs can be met
  • The voucher will be claimable once the resident has been with us for three months, to cliam the voucher, the resident must be on a permanent contract
  • If notice is served prior to the resident completing the full three months at the home, the offer will not apply
  • Not available in conjunction with other offers (unless stipulated)
  • Available to private residents only
  • All other terms and conditions of residency shall be in line with Avery Healthcare’s residency agreement
  • This offer can only be redeemed once per resident
  • Avery Healthcare will process voucher claims within 60 days
  • Voucher is not redeemable for cash
  • Gift voucher can be chosen by recipient (either resident or relative)
  • For two people sharing the same room, a £600 vouchers is claimable for the second person
