Silvermere Care Home has achieved a remarkable milestone by receiving a 10 out of 10 rating on Carehome.co.uk, the UK’s leading care home review platform.
The platform allows residents, families, and visitors to share their experiences, rating their overall satisfaction as well as up to 11 specific categories, including facilities, activities, care and support, and team members. Achieving a perfect score reflects the consistently high standards of care and the welcoming environment that Silvermere has created.
The daughter of a resident left their thoughts on the site, sharing, “After 8 years looking after my mum the decision to move her to a care home was extremely difficult and painful. But thanks to all the exceptional team at Silvermere it has been the right decision. All the team members really care, they are all so kind, so warm and supportive. The rooms are lovely and the communal areas are welcoming and clean. The Summer Picnic in the beautiful gardens was a joyous occasion for residents and families alike.
My mum is super well looked after and for this I will always be grateful. A huge thank you to all the wonderful people who go above and beyond caring for the residents with dignity, kindness, and smiles.”
