Staff, residents and visitors at all the Avery Healthcare homes across the UK were very proud to support Dignity Action Day (#DAD2017) this month through a variety of activities and entertainment. Afternoon teas, musical entertainment and even a balloon release featured in their activities. Homes created Dignity trees where residents placed messages they had written on a special tree highlighting what dignity meant to them. Avery Healthcare and its visitors helped to raise over £1,200 for this worthy cause to help enable a positive experience of care now and for the future.
