Considering residential, dementia, or respite care for a loved one in Cobham? Silvermere Care Home offers exceptional care and a friendly atmosphere. We invite you to schedule a visit to meet our caring team, take a tour of our home, and discuss in further detail your specific care needs.
Silvermere Care Home overlooks a tranquil lake, while also offering views of the wooded garden, and boasts comfortable lounges, a sunlit conservatory, and bustling atrium café – perfect for socialising with friends and family.
Our Cobham care home is renowned for its warm and welcoming atmosphere, making it a place where residents can truly feel at home. Couples and companions are warmly welcomed in our home where their well-being, comfort, and happiness are our top priority.
At Silvermere, it is our priority that residents feel safe, happy, and comfortable. We offer shorter periods of respite care that provide the perfect opportunity to get a taste of what life could be like living with us.
There is a real sense of community with residents being able to socialise and settle at their own pace with support. They’ve gone above and beyond to ensure that my grandma has felt safe and looked after and supported us as a family too.
I had to find a care home quickly, without an appointment I decided to call into Silvermere. The receptionist directed me straight through to the general manager, immediately I felt reassured. I was there four days later settling in a new resident.
Silvermere Care Home’s well-being and activity coordinators offer a stimulating and varied programme of activities, catering to diverse interests.
Whether you enjoy creative pursuits like crafting, spending time outdoors with our gardening club, or social events like guest visits and outings, there’s something for everyone.
Relax in our beautiful gardens overlooking the lake or enjoy socialising with other residents, family, or friends in our comfortable lounges.

Dining is an integral part of life at Silvermere Care Home, providing opportunities to connect with friends and family. Indulge in delicious, seasonal meals prepared by our skilled chefs using fresh, nutritious ingredients.
Between meals residents are welcome to enjoy our chef’s home baking, as well as other tasty treats.
We have a private dining room to enjoy special occasions such as birthdays, and the team within the home love to treat residents with a delicious birthday cake to celebrate.
At Avery, we have pioneered an approach to inclusive dining, where every resident can enjoy a variety of meals regardless of ability or disability. Cutlery-free dining allows our delicious meals to be adapted in many ways, whether that’s how something is cooked, cut, or presented.
