    Rivermere Care Home has seen a transformation since being taken over by Avery a few years ago, bringing it up to the high-level standards and overarching care philosophy we believe in.     Rivermere is pleasantly situated close to the town of Sevenoaks, directly next to Chipstead Lakes, on the edge of the Kent Weald, and easily accessible from both the M25 and M26. The home itself is surrounded by mature trees and a garden that offers a serene feel and within the home, the staff are dedicated to the holistic well-being of the residents. Our home happily accommodates couples and companions who wish to remain together as they continue their care journey and make new memories side by side.

    We realise that moving into a new home can be an emotional step and at Rivermere we treat all our residents with the dignity and respect they deserve.
