The stunning Loxley Park retirement village, located just outside Sheffield, offers both Independent and Assisted Living communities. These rented apartments provide a home-from-home for individuals and couples to enjoy retirement – whether living fully independently or with a little extra support tailored to your lifestyle. All our spacious and airy apartments are fully maintained, with dining options available, as well as weekly housekeeping and laundry services.
Should you require additional support, bespoke packages can be arranged through a registered home care provider dedicated to our site. From a light helping hand to more comprehensive assistance, services are flexible, and you only pay for what you need.

At Loxley Park, you can choose from a range of stylish accommodations, including studios and one- or two-bedroom apartments, suitable for both individuals and couples. All apartments are spacious and light, with many overlooking beautiful gardens and each having its own front door. As a pet-friendly community, your treasured companion is welcome to join you. Every apartment comes with a main door entry system, 24-hour on-site emergency call service, and a full maintenance package. Many also feature Juliet balconies or patio areas.
The village boasts several well-appointed and comfortable social spaces, perfect for entertaining friends and family or simply enjoying some quiet time with the daily paper. For book lovers, there’s a well-stocked library offering moments of reading and reflection, while free Wi-Fi is available throughout the social areas, keeping you connected with loved ones. Throughout my career, I have gone from strength to strength beginning in the role of Care Assistant and developing through to management level. I am passionate, my heart lies in caring for the elderly, improving lives by providing a comfortable, safe, caring environment whilst supporting with activities to improve lifestyles and to provide companionship at this important time of people’s lives. I am a strong believer in providing a first-class quality service, with our members at the heart of everything I do.
