The sea is near enough that team members and residents pile into the minibus for a bracing walk along the beach. Visits are welcome, just call ahead so the team can be ready for you.

    Home Manager

    I have been working in the care sector for 14 years and joined Highcliffe Care Home in 2015. My journey into care began with a role as a Care Assistant. I developed a passion for supporting the elderly and for advocating for residents who have a diagnosis of dementia. I pursued further training and qualifications, which has allowed me to progress into management positions throughout my career here at Highcliffe Care Home.

    At Highcliffe Care Home, I am incredibly proud to lead a team of compassionate and skilled professionals. Together, we work hard to ensure that every resident feels valued, safe, and cared for in a warm and welcoming environment. I believe that building a positive atmosphere not only benefits our residents but also helps our staff thrive in their roles.
