Avery Park’s spectacular award-winning residential building comprises three floors. The lower ground floor is where you’ll find the entertainment suite, laundry room, and private dining rooms and also provides access to the stunning external courtyard. You will also find the welcoming reception desk with friendly staff on-hand to help the moment you step through the door
When our residents need a bit of quiet time, our stunning communal lounges, which can be found on every floor, are the ideal spot for some relaxation and comfort. And why not pick up a good book with freshly brewed coffee from the all-day café, which can also be found on the ground floor? The state-of-the-art entertainment suite is a perfect spot for an evening of escapism or a rainy afternoon. One things for sure, you’ll never be bored.
Couples and companions are warmly welcomed in our home where their well-being, comfort, and happiness are our top priority. In addition to our stunning new care home in Kettering, we offer a collection of stylish, spacious Independent Living Apartments at the front of the building. These apartments provide a separate, self-contained living option for those seeking greater independence, with the reassurance of support nearby.

Our dedicated dementia care programme, ReConnect, includes Life Story Work to help the team engage with residents and a music therapy approach called Playlist for Life. Music is a powerful way of exploring memories and enjoying shared experiences and is just as effective for people living with cognitive impairment.
