New Care Home Developments

Cliftonville Care Centre, Northampton

Due for commencement in September 2010 this facility which will provide approximately 100 beds, including residential and dementia care together with specialist nursing beds. The home is located close to the main Northampton General Hospital campus and is scheduled for completion in late 2010.

Broadway Halls, Dudley

Building work is well underway for an 83 bed care home on the prominent site, formally the location of the Broadway Halls which provided accommodation for nearby Dudley College. The site is located at the junction of The Broadway and Priory Road and is adjacent to pleasant parkland.

Care services provided:

• Residential personal care for older people
• Dementia
• Nursing care for older people

Completion is expected in late Spring 2010

Horsefair Care Home, Rugeley

 

Avery are developing a 72 bed care home on Horse Fair, Rugeley located close to the town centre and on the main through road to Lichfield. The site was formerly the location of a health centre. Rugeley is situated approximately midway between Cannock, Uttoxeter, Stafford and Lichfield and is a historic market town. Rugeley is best known for its Horse Fair.

Completion is expected in September 2010

Elm Bank, Kettering

Avery have commenced development of a 115 bed care home on the site of the former Elm Bank Day Centre. The home will offer personal care for older people and for people with dementia and is due for completion in April 2011.
