The successful candidates will be required to support the Home Manager to identify and achieve the high clinical standards expected in the home. To be successful it will be necessary to work in close harmony with all levels of staff and to adapt a “hands on approach”

Domestic Assistants (Bank)

- responsible for organising the daily work of the laundry, keeping residents clothes crisps and well ironed to ensure the guests look their best on all occasions.

Healthcare Assistants (Bank)

- a rewarding position supporting older people with many personal care needs and those with NVQ2 will have the opportunity to develop their experience and careers in care.
