Care Level 1 - The Good Neighbour: All properties will include the latest Call System which will be included in the service charge and operated on a basis of ‘we’re here if and when you need us’.
Care Level 2 - Peace of Mind: There may be times when you require temporary or longer periods of assistance with everyday tasks, after a hospital visit for example or if you are feeling unwell. With the Peace of Mind Plan you are visited twice a day to ensure all your needs are being met.
Care Level 3 - Care Assured: This is an extension of the Peace of Mind Plan where you can purchase ‘Care’ for as much time as you need, to sustain independent living. If necessary you could even have temporary respite care in the main home until you feel ready to move back to your own home.
