Aire View residential care home in Leeds continues Avery’s plan to build only the best purpose built residential care homes, all of which meet or exceed the new National Minimum Standards. Aire View opened in October 2009 and is located to the northwest of Leeds City Centre, in Kirkstall. The home offers hotel standards of accommodation and service, relaxing communal areas where daily activities are undertaken. A home from home for many of our residents.

All 84 rooms have hotel-style en-suite wcs and showers and exceed the recommended space requirements, providing a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere with spacious lounges and serveries to enable residents and guests to make drinks and snacks whenever they wish. Dementia care services are offered, as is respite care.
